A fast spreading and low-growing evergreen succulent with a prostrate, creeping habit. Its needle-like foliage is a bright chartreuse green in spring then ages to a brilliant golden-yellow color. Bright yellow star-shaped flowers appear in early summer. In the autumn, the foliage darkens to a harvest orange color.
